Instructions

1. Input your Exact Handicap followed by the <TAB> or <RETURN> key (or click on the "Playing HCP" field). N.B. Internet Explorer does not update fields if you hit <RETURN>
2. If it is a "plus" handicap (fewer than 0.1% of golfers have such a handicap) select "Yes" for the "Plus HCP" option. You will be asked to confirm this.
3. Your Playing Handicap and strokes received will be displayed for the competition.

Calculation of Strokes Received

• Each individual's playing handicap = the normal playing handicap, except in the case of MIXED matches, where Ladies receive a number of "course adjustment" strokes equal to the difference in Par between the Ladies tees and the Men's tees;
• The player with the lower playing handicap receives 0 strokes;
• The other player receives 100% of the difference in the playing handicaps.
